Acceptance of Terms

The following terms of service agreement is a legal contract between you ("You", "Users") and My Amazies ("My Amazies", "We", "Us"), owner and operator of the www.My Amazies.com web site ("The Site") and its services, products or software applications. This agreement includes any postings, emails and other communications made to or using it. If you use My Amazies, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept these terms, then you should leave this website and discontinue use of the services immediately. Please read these terms carefully before using the services. If you are under the age of 18, you should review these terms with your parent or guardian. Acceptance of this agreement also applies to the acceptance of our Privacy Policy. You may not access the Sites or use our services if you disagree with any part of these agreements.

Description of Service

My Amazies is an online storytelling and creating community. We enable members to create Stories and share Topics with images, or text. Contents in shared Topics, including images, and text. The service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons within or outside the control of My Amazies. We shall not be liable for any failure of the Sites or services. My Amazies shall not be liable to you for any loss of material, content, or any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the services. My Amazies reserves the right to disable, restrict, discontinue or change certain features on the Sites. My Amazies reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Sites or services.

My Amazies Content

Unless permitted on this site, this website is for personal and non-commercial use only, and may not be used for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement. In addition, you may not reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell or resell any part of the Service. My Amazies owns all materials that appear on this website, including any slogans, logos, designs, graphics, pictures, images, text, content, images or other materials. All such rights of My Amazies are hereby asserted and reserved, and you may not make any unauthorized use of the Content, including using Content in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, using Content in a commercial manner, or otherwise infringing on My Amazies' rights.

You are however, allowed to print the stories or books that you as a member of My Amazies created on the website. These can only be used for personal use and should not be sold or distributed to anyone else in a commercial setting.

User Conduct

You are responsible for providing true, accurate and current information during membership registration. You are responsible for maintaining your personal privacy and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all contents, including but not limited to photo, images, audio, music, video, text or links that you post or submit to the Sites. My Amazies does not control user created or submitted contents and, as such, is not responsible for the accuracy, integrity, non-infringement or quality of such contents. My Amazies reserves the right to examine or remove contents on the Sites for any reason, at any time, without notice. You are responsible for your interactions with other users of the Sites. My Amazies reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. You must not use the Sites or services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited as determined by My Amazies including but not limited to the following:

1- is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, encourages conduct that would violate or violates any law, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;

2- comprises material that is copyrighted or protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless express written permission of the owner is obtained to use the material and to grant all of the license rights granted herein;

3- violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others;

4- contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses or other forms of corruptive code, or any other content which may compromise the Service;

5- advocates illegal activity;

6- harms anyone, including minors; or

7- provides a link to any of the above.

My Amazies has the sole discretion to determine whether Content is Prohibited Content, and any Content submitted to the Service may be subject to examination from time to time. My Amazies may delete, move, and edit Content for any reason, at any time, without notice. My Amazies in no way guarantees the accuracy, non-infringement, quality or appropriateness of Content available through the Service.

You may not use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the My Amazies servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser in ordinary and customary usage.
